The current version presents the material in the context of how natural human values enhance how we think, how we relate to others and how we act in our daily life. On some days in addition to the standard 4 images; an If I can… statement, a relevant quote, a mindfulness exercise and personal question for reflection, a video or audio story about the value is now offered.
