The current version presents the material in the context of how natural human values enhance how we think, how we relate to others and how we act.in our daily life. On some days in addition to the standard 4 images; an If I can…the statement, a relevant quote, a mindfulness exercise and personal question for reflection, a video or audio story about the value is offered.

The project is inspired by the values offered in Rudyard Kipling's poem, 'If' and in the Bhagavad Gita; values which if lived, lead to a peaceful and happy life.
